Freedivers and yogis can learn specific yoga, meditation and pranayama techniques to increase focus and calm under pressure, presence and awareness in each moment and a deeper understanding of freediving physiology and philosophy.Saturday 18th 14:00-17:00:
Mind workshop: how the mind works, its tricks, why it is so hard to control, basic technique to begin to master your mind for focus and calmness under pressure. Understand the vital mind-body connection and how working with the mind can dramatically improve your freediving performanceSunday 19th 14:00-17:00:
Equalisation workshop: what is the mouthfill, why do we need it; how to do it, keep it, use it; what are the potential pitfalls and challenges. Learn what tends to block and inhibit good equalisation and develop techniques to improve your equalisation. It's the make or break of deep freediving.
These are open workshops, and discussion and sharing is welcomed and encouraged. Freedivers of all levels are welcome, even if you have never tried yoga or meditation before.
